MISSION STATEMENTSTAR's mission is to fulfill our community's commitment to its older adults, and people
with permanent impairments, through a sense of independence, dignity, and self-esteem; and
to encourage participation in social activities, by providing a system of free and safe
transportation service to achieve their needs. It strives to be an efficient, cost
effective, and safe transportation provider, while meeting the needs of the population of
older adults, and people with permanent impairments, in our community. |
