Deposit Collection
Because people were not returning GED and ASVAB books, the library
created a Deposit Collection. All circulating GED and ASVAB books
are now shelved at the Circulation Desk. In order to check one out,
the patron must leave a $10.00 cash deposit. Books must be returned
directly to the Circulation Desk and if the patron has their receipt
or identification, the $10.00 deposit will be returned to them.
Regular overdue fines apply if these items are returned late. It is
possible to check out more than one book at a time, however, a
$10.00 deposit must be left for each book.

Interlibrary Loan
As a member of the
Suburban Library Cooperative we share a catalog and reciprocal
borrowing privileges with other SLC libraries. We also share our catalog
with libraries throughout the state through
MelCat. In addition, we will request books
from participating libraries throughout the United States through
Interlibrary Loan. These services can take anywhere from two days to
several weeks. Depending on the source of borrowed material, there may
be a nominal fee for postage, insurance, etc. which will be explained to
the patron before the transaction is initiated.

with varying session lengths; 13 computers are in the adult area and 6

eligible for a library card, they may purchase a card that allows them
access to the library computers for $2.00. The card is good for one
year. Printing is available from the internet computers at 10¢ per page; printing
charges must be prepaid before printing. Internet users agree to follow the
policy guidelines of the Roseville Library Commission posted at each
