Residents of the following communities:  Beverly Hills, Bingham Farms, Birmingham, Bloomfield Township, Clarkston, Commerce Township, Farmington, Farmington Hills, Huntington Woods, Independence Township, Keego Harbor, Lake Orion, Lathrup Village, Oakland Township, Orchard Lake, Rochester Hills, Royal Oak, Southfield and West Bloomfield

Non-resident cards may be purchased ($200.00 per year) for full access to Troy Public Library.

Patrons of MICHICARD libraries may check out print materials only.
