Materials for Homebound Persons
Troy residents who are homebound or without transportation to the Library, on a permanent or temporary basis, may continue to utilize the Library through the following services:

- Delivery from our large collection of fiction and nonfiction books and magazines - many are available in large type.
- Delivery from the extensive collection of audio books.
- Service from the Oakland County Library for the Blind & Physically Handicapped for Talking Books by Mail.
The Library has 3 black & white photocopiers. Charge is 10¢ per page.
Services to Persons with Disabilities
Troy Public Library encourages persons with disabilities to utilize fully the services and resources of the Library.
A discussion program for mature adults every Wednesday from September to June. Join us from 10 to 11:30 a.m. for coffee and conversation about a variety of topics including art, literature, music, film, & reminiscence. Coffee and tea are served courtesy of the Friends of the Library.
