Scrapbooking for 'Tweens & Teens

Ages 9 and up, Parents welcome to join in

Bring your own pictures and supplies if you have them.   Scissors, paper, adhesives, stickers and other supplies will be provided by the library, thanks to a gift from the Friends of the Warren Public Library.
